In our small town - this provider is quite famous. At least the fact that it embraces almost the entire city. That's just the growth of the company the speed and connection of new subscribers, we, as regular users of the Internet and television are becoming increasingly dissatisfied.
Price on Internet 500 rubles per month for the speed 50/100 Mbit/s, in fact, we have 10-12 Mbps, and on weekends or in the evening (probably when everyone returns home and begin to actively use the Internet) - page even begins to load for a long time - waiting up to 1 minute reach.... And here decided to save money and pay a year in advance (instead of 500 rubles per month, it turns out 350 rubles), so after activating this service, feeling that the Internet speed we specifically clipped. If before hang were rare (once a week, every two weeks, almost every day now). Type of principle has been paid the whole year already not going anywhere? Just awful....
And vanished quite popular channels - like discovery, animal planet etc. In the end, turn on the TV and nothing special to watch. Need to turn off the TV, but cling only for a couple of digital channels, you do not want to go back to analog. Already thinking about the plate... Maybe it really is time? And then pay for air and the fun of using TV and no Internet at all.
Although the company has official.the website, you can always (almost) get through to them, if necessary, can come to the repairmen and to set or TV, or the Internet. At the expense of speed - nothing to explain I can not, on account of higher prices, the conversation as everywhere in Russia "do not like, do not want to pay - hang up".
In General, it's sad and boring... and too much choice among providers in our area there has to be content with what we have, unfortunately. In the hope that someday we will come more interesting provider....
